So back in May I decided to get a new birth certificate for my daughter and so I went online and got birth certificate for my twins it was easy but I couldn’t remember the website I want to so I happened to stumble across Online vital US.First and foremost they charge you $49 I’m like OK I only pay 25 a piece for my twin for because I’m in a different state I paid 75 altogether for two but now I’m paying $49 maybe because I already got two of them for my oldest daughter. OK so we go by they send me back the application saying that I need to revise my application so I revise my application and sent it to the vital records directly by Mail and College park Georgia. SoNow a month is gone past two months gone past three months gonna pass and I decide to call vital records myself they tell me they have no record or knowledge of me even paying for a birth certificate as a contact at third

party that I went through well now I’m sitting here trying to figure out a customer service number they have no customer service number at all they only handle you through email. So I explain to the message which are how vital records does My have my information and it’s been almost 4 or five months and I have no birth certificate yet. So now I’m asked for a refund but I asked him was it anyway possible to send it a different way because the bank that I had was closed they said oh no refunds been sent it’ll take 10 business days you need to contact your bank so I contact the bank that’s been close for two months and they sent

me as soon as they send it will get rejected so then I sent the email that the bank sent me to Vital record since they only deal with you through email letting them know that that money is going to get returned to the company they told me they couldn’t send the refund no other cat away so I told him well since I can’t get my refund and where is my birth certificateAnd now they’re refusing to redo my application and the refusing to send me my money this company is a big a*s scam I would advise anyone to waste they $50 Now I have to turn around and still pay for her birth certificate I’m glad I decided not to go to Canada because I would’ve been asked out because I never got a birth certificate and They never contacted me to say anything was wrong or anything they just took my money and that’s it

What I can say about this company is that their team made things easy. I needed my birth certificate, and they handled it. Easy as that. Glad I processed my document with them.
