DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I only acquired this loan from this company because it started thourgh H & R Block Mortgage which is a subsidiary of Option One Mortgage even though their website states otherwise Option One is the main company and they use H & R Block to reel people in using their reputation and claiming association to the tax company. Which there is none, after researching.

This company is the company of your worst nightmare to be polite, their business practices are clear, just screw up as much as possible, use lots of different people for contacts, when your questioned you can blame it on your personnel who are just doing what their told, then fire them and show all the agencies you file complaints with what looks good on paper but isn't or tell them that the company is so big that it just got sent to the wrong place. In otherwords play stupid to the whole thing knowing all along that you know exactly what your doing make as much money off of others as you can which they have done.

This company attemted to foreclose on my property and as with any other dispute you have with this company the arbritration clause disables you from being able to defend yourself in any way, unless you get lucky like I did and once they foreclosed on my property all arbritration went out the window and I was able to hire a lawyer. I absolutely refused to pay them their outrageous amount of money they claimed I owed and how I was three months behind when actually I was three months ahead. Not only that but I had the proof to prove it and it still did not matter.

Once I entered a court room I was able to show their Lawyers that they hired from Jackson Mississippi my proof and he was real quick to back off, the bad part is that this happened in 2000 and I am still in litigation with these people and still do not have anything settled. The good thing is that I still have my house and I have made it clear to everyone I will not pay them their outrageous fees.

I filed a compaint with the state's real estate board, the better business bureau and my governor and I have read many articles from court rooms involving this company. Now that I have found this sight I am going to give this to my Lawyer, the Governor, the Better Business Bureau and the Real Estate Commission my goal is to make sure that they can not do it to another Mississippian at least.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, its paid for!
