As the person from Carlsbad mentioned on his/her report, this company does not want to pay their debt when required.
I had a contract with them for two years and it matured on the 14th of this month (Feb.). I sent them a letter back in December informing them that I was not going to renew my investment. Just to make sure that they had received the letter I called them about one week before maturity. I spoke to Mr. Sam Setts (Investments Rep.) and he indicated that he will "check into it" and call me right back. Well, he never called me back.
It seems like everytime I call, neither Mr. Setts nor Mr. Shade (President) are available. Neddless to say I leave messages and my calls are not returned.
As a last resort, I am going to send the company a Registered Letter announcing my intentions to seek legal assistance (as pursuant to the contract). Hopefully it will work.
I would like to ask the other person who wrote the other complaint if he or she could contact me by email (((email redacted))). I would like to ask him/her some questions.
thanks
