Your credit line is the amount of money THEY are willing to allow you to borrow...it is NOT your money. When you paid $296 you are just paying back what you had already borrowed. As long as they apply the payment the day it is made(which it appears they did), they can wait 10 days before they allow you to borrow that money again. Oh and yes they also have the right to say they no longer want you to borrow any money and close your account out if they wanted to.
If I were not in need of this $300
- It is probably because of this mindset as to why you are with Orchard Bank in the first place.
