As a cardholder, I have never had a problem with Orchard Bank. I pay my bill online weekly by DEBIT card and they have increased my limit as I show responsible credit activity. I suggest these people call the AG of Nevada - taking money out of someone's account without permission is illegal. The exceptions would be if your account with Orchard was over the limit, in which case they CAN take the extra money out of your account, or if you incurred fees that must be paid - such as late fees, bounced check fees, overlimit fees, etc. If any of the above circumstances were incurred, than these people are just upset over their own carelessness. Like I said, Orchard has never taken more than I approved them to take...and I have been with then for about 2 years now.
