I've shopped at this establishment a few times since they opened over the years, and nothing so strange has ever happened to me. Everyone has always been very curtious and helpful, in fact I sometimes ask for a discount on less than perfect items and get a very good price reduction as a result. Just my 2 cents.

I was looking for organic comfrey plants and looked up OKC Organics number and happened to see this in my search window. I read the rip-off report of the angry customer and was shocked to read it. My husband and I have shopped at this store on numerous ocassions and have had wonderful service from knowledgable staff there. We buy all of our garden veggies and most of our organic soil amendments, et al there.
We have talked with them about the hydroponics, but haven't done this type of garden yet. Again, our experience with this store and their staff has been pleasant and rewarding. We have been happy with everything we have bought and they have been willing to instruct and inform on the best planting methods for a successful organic garden.

I have traded with OKC Organics and found the owners/wait-staff very helpful and quite friendly.
Samrt Pot prices were lower than Amazon.
She explained the soil probelms I was having, directed me to a product I was trying to find in several cu ft quntities, and gave me 20% off.
Some folks can get very very upset over very very small things.
If a customer acted like that in my place of bussiness I would call the 'authorites' and ask them to remove that customer.
Or maybe just pull on them and march them off the property- period.
This is ridiculous. Can't believe I am responding to the nit-wit too.

Perhaps the negative review from the other poster(s) was due to the consumer not having enough info to ask the ? they had in a clear way. Sometimes asking intelligent ?'s gets intelligent answers.
My rebuttal is from an objective point, as I am just a customer who discovered their store thru an internet search, because I was looking for FFOF and FFHF soil. I love the results of going organic.
Organics OKC, located at 2800 N. Penn(slyvania) left turn off NW 23rd if traveling east, right turn on Penn. if traveling west. Then 5 blocks and the store is on the NE corner of the 4 way intersection at 28th and Penn. East side of the street in a tiny strip mall and is the place to get everything you need for beautiful, strong, happy plants and that's what it's really about; Are your plants happy? They are closed on Sunday/Mondays. Mark, his lovely wife and their staff are some of the greatest people in the world. They go to any lengths to make you feel like you are their #1 customer. Do organic products cost more? Yes! Are they worth it? Absolutely! Go to the grocery store and (hyperbole) look at a $4.79 cent apple, compared to the $1.29 other ones with "Hercules only knows what" has been sprayed on them. Yes, quality does cost more and no, I don't buy organic fruits. I can though grow my own organic vegetables. The ladies behind the counter, he younger one or the a bit older one, co-wner have ALWAYS treated me with kindness and goodwill. Could be because I treat them the same way.
