Orlandofuntickets engaged in deceptive vendor practices to sale park tickets to disney orlando. They promised to have tickets delivered after paying $30 to have them arrive in two days. The tickets arrived 5 days later after arriving already to disney.
We intercepted the tickets hours away when they were a day late, we contacted Orlando fun tickets to have them cancel the shipment. They stated "THERE IS NO REFUND, EVEN IF THE TICKETS DO NOT MAKE IT TO YOU BEFORE YOUR TRIP"
Orlandofuntickets, fought the claim with their bank and stated that within their terms and conditions consumers are warned to not purchase the tickets unless you will be at the addressed location to receive the tickets.
After reading the terms and conditions 8 times , we noticed that Orlandofuntickets changed their terms and conditions after we printed them out with the original purchase of tickets. To this day, orlandofuntickets denies any aligations of changing their terms and conditions.
To this day, orlandofuntickets has refused to provide a promised ticket delivery , and refuted any attempts to provide us a refund based on their neglect in not having the tickets delivered on time.
Further, Orlandofuntickets does NOT have the disney tickets. When a customer calls or orders them online, they purchase the tickets at that time, and then ship them to you. This is deceptive, fraud, and this organization should be ashamed of ripping off innocent consumers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
