Complaint Review: Orthoatlanta - Internet

Don't go to Orthoatlanta in Stockbridge and Faytteville Office.

Here is the problem I have on Orthoatlanta Office. Orthoatlanta take your money make stupid appointment just to get your money. Got to make appointment for an Prescription for medical that don't work at all. I live limit income and I was pay for my brother to see the doctor in Stockbridge office plus also to see in the Fayetteville office. He supposed to have surgery today Thursday Aug 4, by Dr.park. But Doctor Dr.park cancel the surgery. Why? Dr. Park said he was over weights and his tools won't fit into him. What hell they didn't tell me that on June 23 when he seen Dr.park in Stockbridge office about his weights would be problems to have surgery.But Dr.park didn't said anything about it . Back on June 23, he weight 335 and Dr.park was ready to do surgery but he had to get clearances from both of his Doctor. After he get them he would do surgery. But it took a while for me to get clearances from both doctors. Because they were booked up with other appointment and had no available appointment. So they was hard but Doctor squeeze him in for appointment with them.

After I got them it took 21 days plus week for pre op days. Then on Aug 1 they cancel his surgery day all the other appointment he had with Orthoatlanta in Stockbridge for pre op appointment. Now it going be hard to make appointments for everything again. It might take another 2 months or more to make appointment. Orthoatlanta is rude in customer service and the doctor really don't care that you're in so much pain like, his legs go numb and pain are in the them , he has Lumber spine injury and pee on his self and he don't even it because the numb and pain in his legs. Dr.park still won't do surgery and that not emergency for him to do it. Even Dr. Winbush in Stockbridge office just want to give him medications that don't work at all. Because Dr.Park said no pain medication and medications won't work because it swellings in the Lumber spine plus it his injury he did. Even Ms.Hayes at Stockbridge office at Orthatlanta who does Dr's Park and Winbush appointment scheduled and surgery appointment is is no help at all. Sometime she get rude with you about his appointment like she need to past information to Dr.Park see what he going to do. When Dr.Park want to scheduled him in Dr.Park scheduled time.

This bull crap how Orthoatlanta and Dr park,Dr Winbush Ms.Hayes. He even went to the emergency room on Aug 2, and they give him Morphine twice at different times and it just hold the pain off tills 4hrs only. The emergency Doctor gave me two doctors in neurosurgery and they don't want take on his case. They both told me to stay with Dr.park. But Dr.Park is not doing anything . Plus his problems is get worsening. I look online about about this surgery and said it the person don't have surgery after the 3months after he had injuries it going to do more damage to him. Because it past 3month after he falling . He need surgery to his Lumber spine herniation with worsening sciatica. That emergency room doctor has on paper why he need to have surgery. I keep call Orthoatlanta want to talk to the ceo of Orthoatlanta,and ceo of piedmont hospitals. See if they can get someone help me . I will look into take this matter to an lawyer and medical Board of Georgia. Even I will blog on every site on know about Dr.park,Dr.Winbush,Ms,Hayes, customers services at Orthoatlanta offices. How they treat their patients. How Orthoatlanta take your money for bull s**t and does nothing at all for you!!! Help me help him to get his surgery.
