Overstock digital lied and purposesly deceived us a customers as to the product we were to receive for $6499. Instead of us receiving the Panasonic AG-HPX300 P2HD Camcorder w/1-Year USA Warranty, we received a Panasonic 150 which the value is less than $1700. We have requested the item we paid for and customer service never picks up the phone. This company has no legitimate address and so we have no way of returning the item.
Overstock employees such as Arnold, Reggie, Sebastian, and Keviin Glance who is suppose to be the boss has not returned nor will they answer my phone calls. Because we wired the money to their Bank of America account it is considered a federal offense. We only wanted the item we purchased or our money back.
This company has bogus positive reports on the web that must be from the people or others they paid to give a bogus good report concerning their business on the internet. They are big con artists and they are good at it as well. They will soon encounter their fate.

My church also ordered a camera from Overstockdigital.com (A Panasonic AG-HPX500) and paid $9,000 for it. What we were sent is a Panasonic AG-HPX250 with a retail value of $4000. Not only can we not use this camera, where did the other five thousand dollars go?
I've been trying to get them to rectify the situation for a week and keep getting passed around from associate to associate. We also paid by wire transfer. This has gotten completely out of hand.
