After sending few mails to Yahoo Corporate and Overture customer service, I got good response. They have agreed to refund me that excess charges and they are willing to work with me in modifying my AD. I had bad experience with one of the Overture Supervisors, but the other Guy was able to help me out. I am not that mad any more. I would have appreciated if I had got the same response first time when I called them. I am going to give Yahoo Overture one more try!
