This ripoffreport website is a very inappropriate medium for persons to voice personal attacks on people or businesses and it should never be trusted for accurate information on persons/businesses because it is primarily anonymous and uncensored.
Douglas Rian Elizabeth Jacobson and PACE, LLC, were unfairly attacked in this rant as was CFLA and its members, officers, and employees.
The individuals referenced above are very passionate people who truly want to help homeowners in foreclosure.
They do good work, and make an effort to be (1) Honest, (2) Fair, and (3) Reasonable.
To call them LIARS, FRAUD, CHEATERS, etc, is in appropriate.
I hope they can develop themselves into a successful business. They are smart people!

Hate can not drive out Hate, only Love can do that."
PACE, LLC is a good company if you are a homeowner in foreclosure and need help. I would recommend them to you as i have done before and will do henceforth!

The team at PaCE or Professional Compliance Examiners, LLC saved our house.
From the first moment I walked through the door Doug and Beth were professional and energetic. They seemed excited about our situation and hit the ground running. When I walked out from our first meeting I was prepared with information I could use in court and an attorneys contact info. I probably did notneed the attorney with PaCE on my side but I hired him all the same. Doug and Beth are both recognized experts by the judge that we appeared before and the judge trusts them as well. They walked myself and our attorney through the maze of details and changeing laws about our specific case. We have won each time the bank has forced us to court and now the bank finally agrees with the judge that this was not our fault and they are working with us again.
We are indebted to Doug and Beth and we try to tell everyone we can. These two people saved our home and so much more.
I don't see anything that could be said against these two who help homeowners defend against mega-banks and fraud. ... Unless it is someone who is themselves a fraud for whatever reason or who is in trouble with a west coast BAR Association. I would and do, put my name on recomending PaCE to friends every day.
I Recomend PaCE to everyone whoo can hear me!
