"Take a calculator to the dealership". Over the years, have gone to different two dealerships that told me "they didn't have calculators". red mccombs pontiac and north star dodge. In both cases, I got up and walked out. Nowadays, if you have to, use the calculator on your phone. Went to southway ford and THEY had calculators on every desk. I guess if "they don't have calculators" they figure you're too stupid to figure out what you're paying for your vehicle. As for the "salesman" calling you, *&*& him, how about the money they screwed you out of? Typical car guy. You're suppose to give him a raving review after he screwed you over? By the way, the saleseman probably didn't screw you over as much as the finance guy did. That's were the real screwing usually takes place. All the ad- ons. Extended warranties, life insurance, credit insurance, GAP insurance, tire insurance, fabric insurance and whatever the hell else the finance guy can con you into buying, if you're dumb enough to allow him to do it.

You can go to 9news and type in the name ORNELAS and search the story that made the front page of the Denver Post on 5-19-2005 and still WATCH the video of the Undercover Sting! Toyota's ex-CEO along with Elaine Matsuda , the person in charge of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION for the USA, were sent a LETTER with PROOF that LYING & DECEIVING were taking place inside one of their Dealerships in Denver, and guess what they did with it? THEY IGNORED IT AND FILED IT ON 12-22-2004! Toyota only cares about MOVING UNITS, that's it! But there is something called KARMA! So don't worry! Send a LETTER to all of the News Stations in your City letting them know what happened to you and tell them to go to the 9NEWS site also. Write a letter, you'll feel better! ( And it might get you on T.V. too!) 'Never ever, ever, ever, give up.' - Winston Churchill
