I don't get it... You went into a dealership to buy a car -- when you didn't have enough TIME to do so. Never a good idea. They started shady from the beginning, telling you they had the car, then when they realize your credit wouldn't support the purchase, they tell you it's sold. Right there I would have gotten up and left. But no, you decided to stick it out. They then tell you that they have a 2004 Honda. You like it. You want to buy it. Alas, inside the finance office, it magically changes to a 2003 Acura TL. Again, why your feet didn't carry you to to the door, I don't know. Oh wait, you were "tired" and "late for work"...so you "brought" the car. Yeah okay. You always make a purchase of thousands of dollars because you're in a hurry. Good idea. NOW you're complaining that he *gasp* LIED to you about being able to trade it in on the car you really want. Surely you can't be surprised at that. Tell me...if there are G35s "everywhere" including "all over the web", why didn't you just buy one from someone else? Your brother's co-signature would have been just as good at another dealer. No rip off here. You walked right into this one, and they saw you coming.

last month MooRAT calls me and asked me to return his phone call.when i called him the dirty car salesman says "i didnt appreciate what you said on ripoffreport.com".i never apologized to him. he went on rambling about how i actually got a deal with the car i had now.then he finally told the truth for once and said .you would have to put some money down first. remember before i signed any papers for my current car,i asked Moorat over and over again what do i need to do to trade in the car.he never said anything about putting money down. i got a suprise for him real soon."we will become good friends murat"

i was told by MuRAT.that i can trade my 2003 acura tl in april.i brought the car only because muRAT and michael francis told me that i can trade it for a g 35 coupe in april 2008.april 2008 came and went. okay i call paragon to ask whats going on,whats the status of the g35 coupe.first murat says that they cant find a g35 coupe. april 16,2008.he calls me and says i found a gray 2005 g 35 coupe with 54,000 miles.he asks is this ok?i said yes.he said that its ordered. .i asked when could i expect to be able to trade my acura for it.he says i dont know.he says "we're going to be friends daryl",im on top of it. all murat cares aout is making sales not about the consumer. i guess "IT" is BS.hes the king of BS. when a dealership orders cars they know when the shipment will arrive.i called the used car dept for paragon,i spoke to the manager.they know about every USED car that is ordered,i was told "we dont have on record that murat ordered the car". murat only called me on april 16,2008 (as stated above)only after i made several complaint to allen blad ,a general manager at paragon who should be fired.i may just park the acura in front of the entrance to their dealership and leave it their. maybe you like dirty businessmen such as muRAT.its been a month of lies.i brought the acura sept 15th 2007.they never gave me an exact date to trade the car,he said april 2008.i pay on time all the time. my ripoffreport is NOT misleading.murat also screens calls, they have caller id at paragon.im not a mean person, but this is the truth paragon uses BAIT AND SWITCH methods. maybe the g35 he "so called" ordered is on a ferry in the middle of the atlantic. PARAGON = bad for business

I have done business with these employees numerous times. I have got myself a used 2000 Nissan Maxima and a new Honda Pilot from these people and they have been just wonderful to me. I had great credit, paid cash for the used vehicle, and financed the second one. I had an extremely low interest rate. Murat was able to talk his manager into selling me the new Pilot for 500 under invoice price. He keeps tabs on me all the time, to make sure that I'm doing great with my car. I'm pretty sure that the negative review that was posted about Murat is very misleading. My point is, the complainer never told us when he made the appointment, whether it was the same day or the week after. A 15,000 dollar G35 would sell in a heartbeat in New York. Nobody obliged the man to buy an Acura in hopes for trading it in for a G35. He was offered an offer, and he accepted it. I would have personally walked over to Kapplan Nissan or Major World Auto down the block for a g35. Murat is a great salesperson, and a great professional. I highly recommend business with him.
