I was very happy with my first purchase in 2016 and decided to order again from the company. I ordered my contacts in January and paid extra for shipping in 15 days which itself was $50. A few weeks later, I get an email saying they are closing there business but orders are still being transferred, processed, and shipped to mastervision lenses. Okay..  When i logged into the account to check the status of my order, it still said awaiting shipping. Now it's been 3 weeks so you'd think they'd be ready but no. I reached out via email and they contacted me saying that it'll take 30 days for the contacts to be manufactered and shipped.

Ok... Now it's March and its been 2 months with no shipment. I contacted mastervision but they can't help because they didn't process the order. Paran Lentes then sent me an email saying that they were processing my refund but guess what....no refund yet. They're response to that was...."since we closed our accounts, we're having trouble processing your refund, sorry for the inconvience".  That was it. No time line. No hope of ever getting back the $124.49 I spent on what I experienced to be a great company.  It's a shame that they take advantage of customers like this.
