We ordered children's slippers in Nov. 2002 online. We emailed for them for a confirmation of order, which we never got. Finally the order arrived. The handmade slippers had a pin left in them and a hole. We returned in hopes of exchanging for a new pair and did not hear anything back from the company (other than a credit to their other online store, firstframe.com...we did not want frames! We wanted slippers for our kid).

Finally on Jan. 6th, I emailed them and cancelled the order, as I heard NOTHING from them. I was told they'd credit my credit card, which six weeks later, still has not been done.

There is no phone number listed on the web site, so you are at the mercy of them checking and responding to email, which in my case was not successful. I have turned the dispute over to the credit card company now.

The slippers were cute, but dangerous with the pin in them (not really what I'd call a "parent safely" product. I thought this could be resolved quickly and easily. They get an F- for customer service!!! BEWARE!
