I will sue this business. I advise all to stay away from this company, it is a fictitious business that exists solely to steal money from unsuspecting consumers who are looking for discount auto parts.
I paid for parts that have never been delivered, and when the order was cancelled for delay in shipping, I have been pursuing my refund for 2 months. On each occasion, Gabriel states that the check is in the mail. Its a lie. It does not take 2 months to mail and envelope across country. On one occasion, Gabriel threatened to call my local police department to "have me arrested for harassment." Clearly he has used this scare tactic before, and perhaps it worked on someone with a little less gumption, but when I contacted police departments in my locality and in St. Louis, I was informed that no such charges would ever be filed unless the calls were purely malicious.
There are several sites on the web with different information as to who are the owners. I have been in contact with a person who identifies himself as Gabriel, but have seen pictures of a guy named Amir, and have seen on merchantcircle.com that a man named Abu is the main point of contact. If you look up Partznow.com the phone number leads to the desk of a sales manager named Carter, but it is the same voice of the Gabriel person I spoke to. Very shady.
The company has already been sued by the State of Illinois and kicked out of the state. Company now uses St Louis address. Alan, or Gabriel as he identifies himself, told me "go f**k yourself" when I brought this matter to his attention.

I have contacted the BBB in this state, and the Attorney General of Missouri to file a complaint, and both entities have told me that the business has failed to respond. There is a strong possibility that the business is not located at the address advertised.
Keep your money and buy from someone reputable. Do not make the same mistake others have made. Spread the word, put this company out of business, and out of the country.
