I dispute this debt in its entirety, Please note that in reference to your false claim 022067676-02 for some time in the 1990's that this is not my account. I contacted your agent, Ms. Stephanie who gave out a SS # complete in its entirety by phone on 12/18/2007, I expressed that there was no way possible this could be, after she put me on hold, but she still demanded payment and said that it is considered valid by her upper management.
I am now requesting validation, as provided for in FDCPA. I now request:
a. the amount of the debt
b. the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed
c. the name and address of the original creditor
d. the original creditor's account number
e. all customer identification information from the original creditor's records
f. original customer billing address from original creditor's records
g. date the account was originally opened
h. date of last payment on the account
i. copies of all applications and statements from the original creditor
j. copy of agreement signed authorizing billing or legitimizing your claim
It is inconvenient for you to contact me by phone, and you should restrict all contact to me U.S. Mail. I will assume that no complete response from you with in 30 days of the above date will provide the additional proof of claim 022067676-02 not being legitimate.
