They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Ruhollah Adid Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: If he hires an attorney, it will cost six times the alleged debt. The federal Trade Commission will do absolutely zero, if you even get a hold of anybody, these companies make their own rules and you may as well just bend over. I suggest you put up a web site, and get lots of traffic so people can report their stories, see yours and see what scum looks like. I did this after beating USA Funds in court for their attempted extortion of my son... it cost a huge pile of money but was worth it, they never could come up with a borrowers contract, because they make everything up and use fear tactics. Put up a web site, and EXPOSE EXPOSE EXPOSE! EDitor's NOTE to the above: Rip-off Reports have a higher ranking with the search engines and will be seen quicker than if you made your own individual web page. Each Rip-off Report that is filed automatically becomes it's own web site. By filing a Rip-off Report you made a web site that will be marketed to all the search engines.

They filed the following to the above Rip-Off Report:
Their email: [email protected]
Their name: KENDRA BONDS
Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion
Rebuttal:
I M VERY SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR MISHAPS. HOWEVER THE ONE SOLUTION I DO HAVE IS THAT MAYBE YOU COULD TRY WRITING A LETTER OF DISPUTE TO THE COMPANY THAT YOU ARE HAVING A DISPUTE WITH. BY LAW THEY HAVE 30 DAYS IN WHICH TO RESPOND, IF THEY DON'T RESPOND WITHIN THE ALLOWED TIME THEN WRITE A 2ND LETTER, I BELIEVE THEY HAVE ONLY 15 DAYS IN WHICH TO RESPOND AND IF THEY DON'T THEN IT HAS TO COME OFF YOUR CREDIT REPORT, HOWEVER I WOULD STONGLY CALL UP AN ATTORNEY AND DOUBLE CHECK WHAT IAM TELLING YOU. GOOD
LUCK!
