It's true: who doesn't want to get his websites on TV though it is in a rotation file to get more visitors on your website and may be, just may be, also some more consumers for the "price of a pizza". And then you find the person on Facebook too, with recently added posts. So you send him a friend request.
We purchased the WebsitesonTV-promotion of grandfathered $26 per week with the intention to bring our own online US based Travel business more in the picture with the public among all States (http://www.tnlt.biz) - just to ensure you readers, this is not a fake, but a real complaint, from real people, who have been cheeted for the third time now and are really "ready"with it - so we need to stand up against fraud).
From our credit card is $26 taken to Gale Force LLC, the company of Paul and Tammy Darby on December 1rst 2014.
After we purchased, we got an email from [email protected], with a thank you and confirmation of the purchase. After that, we couldn't get in to the third part of the website to "Activate Account"....
We've written several mails in the past days to all found addresses. At Paul Darby Inc. (https://pauldarbyinc.freshdesk.com/support) the support ticket is still in progress.
We receive DAILY mails from unimax/darby and several mail addresses but we still haven't got access, nor have had the opportunity to use the so-called opportunity to get on TV!
So, we tried to get through by sending messages on FB - in the common mailbox because the friend request is still "send" but not confirmed at the moment - as well very nice as a little bit irritated (today). Yesterday, when he posted something, we told him to give us a call, providing a phone number, to solve the problem. Nothing happened.
Then we started searching and yah... there the "ripoffreport"'s showed up.
It seems this man has:
- several websites and email addresses
- doesn't response to anyone
- get's money from those who are as stupid (as we :-) ) to purchase one of his products, without delivering those products and services
- a post box number and a street address in his email address that shows up to be a US Post Office in Texas on Longview. (number of the P.O Box seems to be #6438 - that is, if that ain't a fake number too ...)
- doesn't have a physical phone number or respons or whatever?
Okay, we're still working on this. If you have an experience that's more or less the same, or if you're in the position to know how to get in touch with this Paul Darby or are a friend on FB with him or whatever which information you can share for the better or worse of a judgement of this new internet marketeer (who's company is filed in Texas since 2006 by the way...) especially with websitesontv ans if you want to unite forces to see if we can make a difference in prevent and fight scam and dishonest behaviour in business, we invite you to contact us.
