February went online looking for a payday loan to cover some expenses, the loan was for $400.00, the individual I spoke with was very difficult to understand, she stated the loan would be divided into 10 payments, the loan fee ws $120.00, 1st payment was the loan fee plus $25.00 was drafted from account.

The second payment in March was for $250.00, I placed a "stop payment" with my credit union stating "fraud" the funds were reversed.  An email was sent to Payday Mobility stating there would not further automatic drafts from account, also stated they did not honor request for paperwork.

Have received various emails from Payday Mobility offer "payment options" and additional account information, which I did not give, nor did I honor their emails.  Have received phone calls, the lastest was yesterday from an individual speaking in broken English, stating, "I was to call in 48 hours or there would be consequences."

Payday Mobility not in the US, however they use a US mailing address.  Did a Google search for information, found the following: Payday Mobility PO Box255 Douglas Isle of Man IM 99 UN.  They are not licensed as a online lender in the state of Oregon.

Payday Mobility is a fraudlent company, they are deceptive, do not give full disclosure.  I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General.  There were seven individuals in Oregon file complaints with another lender, Western Sky for their high fees and not being licensed in the State of Oregon, Western Sky was fined $17,500 for the lending practices.

There are so many online lenders (scams) - be sure to do your homework to see the lender you are dealing with has a license to lend in your respective state.  Hope this information helps to avoids headaches with less than honest lenders.

Go on line and pull up your states laws on payday loans.  You cannot be put in jail for not paying.  Don not let them intimidate you.  Look up your rights on line......outdoing panic....I did.  Then I found out what they are doing is illegal and they cannot have you arrested for anything criminal.

Sorry you are involved with Payday Mobility, they are rueless.  Have you called your bank to place a "stop payment" on your checking account and debit card.  You need to do this ASAP stating "fraud" -  this company is fraudelent and deceptive.

Also, file a complaint with your State Attorney General for their excessive fees, intimidation, and threats.  Payday Mobility not in the US even tho they have posted an address in the US.

Another suggestion, screen your calls.  Are you able to block calls?? If so, do - blocked their phone number on land line and cell phone, however, they use three different numbers.  Their calls also com up "PMWire" which is a front.

I had a call last week, the individual stated, "I had 48 hours to return call which I did not.  No doubt you have received emails offering all sorts of options, be sure to keep the emails and place in separate folder on your computer and file with your complaint to your State Attorney General.

Each state have guidelines to the amount of interest which can be legally charged to individual consumers, in the state of Oregon it is 12%.

I hope these suggestions help in dealing with these "scumbags."

I am wondering if you had any resolution, or had any suggestions on what to do now?  I am also involved with this company, and have been receiving phone calls at my office, and on my cell phone saying they are going to be filing charges with the attorney general if I do not pay off the balance of the loan in full by 11pm tonite.  they will not take the funds from my checking account or debit card, they said I need to go to a payment center... I am terrified by this!
