payday mobility What a scam Wilmington Delaware
I used payday mobility for a 350.00 loan and was not told I would be charged 60% interest for the entire length of the loan. I thought the max interest was 30.00 per hundred borrowered. How can they charge so much? I never got any loan docs sent to me just a form to pay more than the interest.
This is such a rip off. Do they not have to follow the laws for the state that they are making the loan in? I am now working with a company to pay off the loan and still recieve phone calls daily from this company. They also have discussed with my spouse is that not illegal?
