On August 1st 2018 I purchased $400 worth of bit coins from pay depot bit coin ATM terminal number 359. I never received them, after noticing it was taking too long I called their customer service. They took my contact information and told me I would be contacted. While this was going on I kept checking the tracking of the transaction and noticed it went to the wrong wallet number. So I called back and also emailed and explain that to them and they said they can't change where it goes, well if nobody has it why can't they resend to me. So everyday I kept calling and emailing and haven't heard anything back. Every time I called the only thing they did was take my contact information and say they will escalate it to their customer service. While the number I called says customer service. After about a month of this I got tired of not hearing anything back and hearing the same thing every time . So I went on Facebook and left a bad review. After about an hour of it being posted a manager replied to my message saying that the manager will contact me re shortly to resolve my issue, that was over a month ago and I still haven't heard anything. I just want what I paid for because I don't have 400 more dollars to buy anymore bit coins.

I went on Facebook today and found that they deleted my review. Can someone please help me to get my money back
