On 3/26 Gianni Macias came to our business to sell merchant services. We clearly explained the important of integrating with our current point of Sale which is Quickbooks POS. I am an accountant and know Quickbooks has only one POS. Gianni wrote quickbooks while on the forms and sometime after we had signed the paperwork and before we could make copies for ourselves, he added PRO to Quickbooks.

We later all found out their company is not compatible with Quickbooks POS but rather compatible with Quickbooks PRO. This leads to the fact that Gianni knew exactly what he was doing. He did not answer our calls for several months. Within the last 6 months he has answered the phone twice or so. His manager George has refused to answer calls as well. Both gentlemen appear surprised we are still having trouble when I got hold of them.

On Sept 17, 2012 at 3:09pm I got hold of Gianni who admitted that he will find another company to transfer my account to. This is costing me every month and he has not answered my call since. A research online shows story after story of similar situations and rip offs by Payment Systems and its employees. Attorney General please intervene. This company is costing small business owners money with the promise of savings on credit card processing fees.

Payment Systems is not taking responsibility for its employee actions. I'm ready to go to court. I know the difference between QB POS and PRO and Gianni  added Pro  after we had completed everything. Biggest lying and stealing company and individual i have encountered.
