I recently made a purchase on Ebay and then questioned the order due to the Email associated to Paypal payment. I sent a email to the seller to verify the purchase and received a responce that they did not list the item.  Payment showed going to them and the email listed on the payment is the one I received the responce from. 

Ebay was notified and stated a refund would be issud, however, I received an email from Ebay stating the Seller had 10 days to respond, even though they allready responded that they did not post the add.  Who is the scamer here, Ebay or the Seller.  Why do they provide more time for the Scammer to disapear with the payment instead of doing an instant reverse of funds.  Why should I have to contact them a second time as advised should the Seller not respond.  The seller already responded several times stating they would not contact Ebay , would not help resolve this and in several emails lied about the informaton . According to Ebay Customer Service they did accept responsibility but for some reason there is still no refnd and a delay.
