Paypal ripoff, theft, stealing, scammers, fraud, false advertising Omaha Nebraska
I discovered that I was getting ripped off by a web design client, Toni Dolle in Jaackson, GS from Paypal. Dolle hired me to redesign her web site for her mini sschnauzers which i did. I finished the site, uploaded it to her domain and she had a lovely new site. this woman is a nut and is trying to cancel payment for my services rendered now.
Of course, Paypal has frozen my paypal acount and is showing a negative balance of $750! Like i am going to pay them or her a dime for a completed site. I don't think so. I have written numerous emails to the idiots at Paypal all to no avail. those stupid idiots can't tell services rendered from merchandise, lol. I sent all the emails between the nut, Toni Dolle and msyelf as proof and yet they choose to support a lying, dishonest buyer. their idea of Seller protection and mine are obviously different.
the only good thing about this for me is that I won't be out any money. I use a prepayed debit card for all internet stuff.
I deposit what I need for the transaction and nothing more. That way i don't get ripped off. I have a checking acct for online stuff only and I keep a zero balance in there until i sue it for anything on line. Again, to protect myself and it paid off big time this time.
I beat those stupid idiots aat their own game but that still doesn't give them the right to rip people off and take money that does not belong to them. they also have no protection for buyers or sellers which is more than obvious from reading these reports.
I have any idea...let's start a class action suit against PAYPAL. We might can close them down AND get the money lost back.

I have posted a report on there for a website called premadewebtemplates.com. The site had advertised "...over 4,000" templates. I paid, started downloading the tempaltes. Unzipped them only to find a large numebr of the packages contained the same exact templates. I contacted the owner of the site to request a refund, not only was I turned down, but he was completely rude. PayPal has turned a blind eye to the matter b/c I was sold an intangible item, which is not covered by their policies. As I have told them numerous times, that is why there are so many con artists using PayPal to sell nontangible items. Con artists know they can rip the consumer off and nothing will be done to them by PayPal. I do plan on going to go to my bank to file a chargeback. PayPal states you cannot do it. I sure will be filing the papers, closing my account (bank), and opening a new one. All I can say is never, ever pay for something that is nontangible via PayPal!

I love Pay pal. I use it for all of my purchases and have my checking acct attached right to it. I've never had any problems with them. They're really the go-thru people, and that's it. It seems that your issue should be with the person who didn't do a satisfactory job on the site and not paypal. Before Paypal everything took so long and it was a drag when someone didn't take a credit card. Now, it clears in three days then boom I have my things. I can't believe there is actually a group of people who hate them and want to close them down! I hope they never go away!

i almost forgot..there is a new email discussion group called paypalcheats on yahoogroups for anyone who has been scfewed by payapl in any way. the more exposure those scammers get the more we can educate the public so they know to beware. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/paypalcheats
