TOTAL scam company, how it really works... you file taxes and opt for card, it never comes, you order a new card another 7-10 days and then something wrong on identity, and actually they have received your refund and just keep it in the one account all the money goes to to earn interest for THEM, then after another week or more for you to prove identity when ALL options to "legally" keep you from YOUR money is exhausted you then gain access if your lucky. low income families like mine go for fast return options because we NEED our money and we get scammed,they have had my return almost 2 weeks and i still have no access, this isnt and shouldnt be legal. SHAME ON YOU PAYPOWER!!!. If you Actually did what you advertise and had some english speaking agents that actually wanted to help people you wouldnt have to scam to make money, people would be glad to use your legit services. 

 AFTER POSTING THIS.... Just as i said, my boyfriends card has been "frozen" needing more information, Im placing my bet now that on monday we will be asked for documentation that will again and again "lost" untill paypower finds yet another way to keep my money from us.... they have had our TAX money in 2 completely seperate accounts since the 21st... thats right 9 days and we have no access to what is OUR money, Paypower needs shut down!!

Our report starts the same as most, low income and in need of a quick return, both my boyfriend and myself opted for the "safer" "faster" prepaid debit card PAYPOWER. Got the emails...7-10 days get your card, checking the mail daily, no prevail. Check the IRS Wheres My Refund?, and had a deposite date of 2-21, that day came and went no card no access. My bf has a temp card purchased at a different time, So after 10 days and no card, I called on Mon 25th, And was informed i could get new cards sent. Hmmm wait longer and not get it again?, So i asked if the funds could be transfered to the temp card. His can be because he is the CARDholder, ok lets do that, it takes 3 days..ok get it done.

On wed I receive my new card, what a relief, get it activated and registered...YEP NOOOO MONEY,
call again and get told its the second card so the funds have to be transferred, GRRR ok get it done. Then checkup on my bf's transfer and get reassured on friday there is a scheduled transfer. Fri morn I get a TEXT ALERT.. "PAYPOWER Weekly Balance ALERT: Yyour available balance is $4,XXXX To opt-out rply STOP. msg&data rates may apply."  Thankful that 9 days after deposit i had access, I went to takin care of bills. First tho my bf brother needed a phone so when watching our children we could contact him, hit up radio shack and picked a phone activated it, got accessories, AND you guessed it DECLINED. I try all avenues to get into my online account with no prevail, I then called them again, and get informed a transfer takes 3-5 days and there is no way i got that alert, i read it to them asked if it was BS and was told yes...im bac to waiting. Now my BF did NOT get his either even tho its been 5 days, instead he gets nothing until he calls them and they say, the Dept handling the transfer needs more information but is NOT available till MON, when i bet we get screwed again.

ANY Sugestions on contacting the IRS of the scam? AND/OR getting them to request funds back so i can be issued a check? I should have opt-ed for chechs to begin with!!

In the  aprox. 20 calls made to paypower in the last week, i gave each employee the benefit of the doubt and have patiently jumped from hoop to hoop as they have us do like puppets in their game. Flawlessly  they have managed to do as they do to millions keep our money away from our access to use. But not one individual for the company has contacted me for resolution i dont expect they will because they are crooks and we are just a dollar amount in thier game.
