PayPower Visa Gift CArd?? Nope they require you to give them copies of your Drivers, Sin, PAssport, and bills with address to use the card after you put money on it, can not activate or register online until you do Internet
This company does not have customer service, after 2 reps hung up on me to start with. You can not use that online site until you call them. To register. In order to register you have to give the company the documents: Copies of Sin, Drivers, Passport and copy of bills with your address (complete bills). If you refuse, they will not register you which does not allow you to use the money YOU put on it!
