Paypower Metabank, blackhawk bank Ripoff won't give you your money California
I have a paypower card and it is constantly declined. I have money in there but it is always pending never access to it without waiting a week to two weeks at a time. When you call them you can't understand what there saying and then when you can there very rude. I have to call all the time in order to get access to my money then you have to wait. Anyone thinking about using them run before you do because they are a ripoff and you will not be able to get your money. It is a constant fight with them to get it and its not worth it. They don't care about you or your money they don't care if the money is there and your beside the road. This company is a ripoff do not use them. This company needs to be shut down an out of business.
