PayPower, PayPower Visa card Company is a big time scammer Internet
I was given this paypower visa card as a gift card. When i tried to activate it, I could neither activate online as i didnt know the amout nor phone ( very poor customer service as they put me on long holds). Without knowing the amount there was no way to activate the card and they asked hell lot of details like ssn and stuff...But it was unsuccessful trial and we left it...
A few months later, I found out the actual amount in the card from the person who actually gave me and then i tried to activitate it over phone, this time, customer service told me the amount was 0 as the it was deducted with the monthly maintainence fees.
I say such a ridiculous service and no body should buy this ever.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. PayPower is not a gift card. Our product is a prepaid Visa debit card that can be used as an ATM, receive direct deposit, and be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
