My card was stolen and someone wiped out my account and I have been calling for days over end trying to get anyone to help me from paypower.  First thing I did was report my card must of been stolen because I looked online and noticed all my money had been cleaned out the night before.  I'm told that someone from the "LEVEL 2" will be calling me tomorrow.  So the next day comes and no call from paypower, so I call them and I'm told oh sorry for the incovience mr sir... Someone tried calling you but you didnt answer... I asked the person then why did they not leave me a message?  I work a phone job all day and if I missed a call i was probally on my work phone.  She explains they dont leave messages because they dont have phone numbers that I can call back too??? So I ask her can you just transfer me over to the person that called me?  She replies no she cant because they dont have access to that ability or anyway to get me to that department.  I was told i just have to wait for them to call me again.

The next day comes I do get a call from the level 2 person and I'm asked questions about the card and then i'm told we can credit your account the money that you are out.  I explain I cant use the money since my card was stolen and asked if they had sent me a new one from the first time i reported the original one stolen.  The "level 2" guy tells me hold please for a minute so i wait and wait.... 15 minutes later still nobody comes back to give me the status of the new card so I disconnect.  I'm hoping that the person just took care of what he said and a new card is coming.

So I call back later that day and go through the usual first contact of some idiot that cant hear me so he hangs up or there phone just disconnects before you can get to someone.  Finally I get a rep that goes on to tell me the notes say they have tried calling me but have not been able to contact me at all.  I explain to the rep i talked to a Mr. Garcia and he told me the card was credited and the only reason i need her help is to see if a new card was sent.  After arguing with her for 30 mins she finally finds the notes from this morning and tells me she cant do anything other than tell me to wait for Mr. Garcia to call me again.

This company is a joke i have spent hour upon hours trying to get something resolved and I'm still at square one... They have possibly the worst customer service in the history of mankind.  Just a fair warning dont ever use this company for a prepaid card you will never get any help or answer from them.  I'm sure I learned a $900 lesson this week and will just have to bend over and take it.

I'd think twice about emailing someone at a domain name other than the company your are dealing with.   This person at blackhawk-net.com could be anybody.    

Mr. Employee.   If you really are a customer service employee you are doing an excellent job immitating a phishing scammer.
