Simply do a Google search for "JustAnswer is a scam" and you will find thousands of examples of people who have been victimized by this sort of scam and posted about it on line,all telling similar stories.
To determine if JustAnswer.com Pearl.com is a scam,conduct a "reverse image search" (tineye) on the pictures JustAnswer.com aka Pearl.com sends you as representing whom you are corresponding.
TinEye.com has developed a new technology that allows you to Input an image and see where, if anywhere else, that image appears on the internet. If you input the individual experts pictures they show up elsewhere on the internet in a different context,that proves that the pictures don't belong to the person you are corresponding with at all.

Since this fraud occurs through use of the internet,you report it to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (a division of the FBI that specifically handles internet fraud) at the following address: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
