Pep Boys service mgr#194 Matt Missant ripoff abused & mistreated deceptive company ripoff liars, Lake Worth Florida
On Sat the March 9,2002 me and my wife took her suv to pep boys in the moring for new tires and aligment. They took possesion of the vechile at 11:13 a.m. said that the vechile would take four hours to do we came back at 5:30 six and a half hours later and the vechile was not done it was just sitting in the lift.
They asked if we could come back in 45min. We came back in a hour they tell me they can not do the aligment due to need soom parts a rec idler arm and center link.Ok no problem so we go to pay know they tell us they cannot find our keys and that they gave our bill to someone else and paid by that person.
After 10 min they found our keys ok know me and my wife walk to the vechile and I inspect the suv and they broke a screw and lug nut of the vechile so I go back in and I tell them that what they have done they tell me oh we forgot to tell you that. I said I want it fix know and no charge the service mgr Matt Missant sorry we can not do it today come back anothier day I said no today I said that is safety matter he said no . He does not have the time.
If chevy put five lug nuts on thier vechile it must be for a reason.I asked for his name I could not hear him and he responds in [can you read its on my shirt]he refused to do the job then he said that screw was striped I told him not true that I removed that tire that day and it was fine he called me a liar.
Know some employee comes up and said that ok but we are going to charge you any way I refused to pay for something they broke Please help us get justice on these rippoff company and people.
Just imagine it took seven and half hours to change two tires they lose our keys they gave Our bill to someone else they damage the vechile. they insult us and they do not care.

The store in lake worth texas is no better. In fact its worst! Moronic managers,moronic techs,moronic parts personnel and moronic district managers. Avoid these clowns at all cost and tell your family and friends to avoid them also!!
