This woman is a scammer, be very careful. I went to Australia and while in Sydney I thought going by an agency would be safer. I tried to register with her and meet her face to face, she said she does not do interviews face to face to au pairs even if I was in Sydney, what kind of security is that for families and me?
Moreover, I did not have at that moment my police check from France and she clearly wrote saying it was perfectly ok and she did not need it. Is she a registered agency with IAPA? then why she does not follow any guidelines or security checks at all !!!

Melissa wrote me in her email;
''HI Manon, if you could please complete the attached application form that would be great, after I receive this I will be able to introduce you to some gorgeous families, unfortunately I do not offer face to face interviews even if you are in Sydney, it will be fine if you just complete the form with your photos and resume. No need of any police check with me. Any reference letter would be fine, thanks''
I felt so insecure that I never registered with her, if she did not want to take time to meet me then she is just after money and not the security of her clients and au pairs. how is it possible this agency is registered with IAPA then? because I can see that to be a IAPA member is only necessary to pay a lot of money yearly, that's all.
