I set up a financial hardship with performant recovery 2 years ago because I was behind on my student loans. They have been taking money out of my account every month. I was told I would no longer be in default. I found out this weekend that my income tax was taken f or my student loans that performant recovery told me were taken care of. I need that money. I am a single mom of three kids that relys on that the first of the year
