Perry's Estate Jewelry TV shopping PEJ Charge a 20% restocking fee and that is not disclosed on TV, have to have a return authorization # but they are not in on the weekends or evenings Charlotte, North Carolina
Very unprofessional company, who thinks they can charge a 20% restocking fee if you want to return a product. Yet do not disclose this on their tv channel. Customer service is not there except weekdays when they are on tv so when you get a chance to call there is no one to help with a return authorization.
I believe this is illegal business practice and deceptive. They initially refused to take back a ring until I made a big fuss over it and finally gave me a return authorization number.I do not trust this company and they should not be on TV at all. Shame on DISH and Direct TV for letting this shady group get into our homes.
