This Company is a fake. They offer loans that most people have to have good credit to get approved for. They never check to see if you will qualify for these loans any information you get is on a template already made and is full of unrealistic loans and credit cards.

I never said I wanted credit cards from this company. I sent an E-Mail requesting a refund (below) and the guy was being rude including the line that says "we always win". What kinda company says that. I paid 75 dollars as a "fee" to them. In order for me to get a refund I have to mail them proof that I was denied the loans. But the problem is that includes the credit cards that I don't want to apply for. I only wanted a personal loan. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK.

I will be calling the NY State Attorney G. Today to file a report and charges as well plus I will be calling my state attorney as well. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND IM NOT STOPPING TILL I GET MY MONEY BACK.

In no event shall Personal Credit Services, Inc., be liable to the reader for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence)) or otherwise exceed the amount paid by the customer to Personal Credit. All sales are final. Any disputes shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction within Suffolk County in the State of New York and will be pursuant to the Laws of the State of New York. This contract does not become valid and binding until payment is received and accepted at our office in New York.

GUARANTEE:Personal Credit stands 100% behind it's guarantee. You will be approved for up to the amount you request from these lenders collectively or you will receive a prorated refund after documentation of results from each lender is demonstrated to Personal Credit. No refunds after 90 days. Personal Credit is not affiliated with the lenders. If you are currently in bankruptcy or your bankruptcy has not been discharged for more than 6 months, you may not be able to apply with the lenders, therefore invalidating any refund possibility. Any attempt to get a refund other than by going through our refund process will be grounds for permanent denial of a refund.

If you contact anyone else attempting to get a refund we automatically deny any refund requests permanently. Because we disclose all our terms and conditions before sale is made, we always win.

Please follow your instructions and supply us with all necessary documentation by mail. If you are not approved, you will receive a full refund. This was our promise.
