WORSE THAN A OUTFIT LOAN SHARK, HIRED HIS FIRM WITH A TOTAL FEE OF $1100.00 AS ANY IDIOT CAN SEE MONEY PROBLEMS, HE GOT $500.00 FROM ME WITHIN A 4WEEK PERIOD, WAS TOLD BALANCE DUE BEFORE FINALIZATION OF CASE, AGREED WAS TOLD IF I DONT SEND BAL. IN NEXT 2WEEKS I LOSE MY DEPOSIT. WELL GUESS WHAT.GONE
AS MY UNDERSTANDING WAS I HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO PAY THE REMAINDING AMOUNT DUE. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS UP WHEN, the 1st associate i saw and signed papers with was not only fresh as they come out of law school. no biggie its a very simple procedure to do as i found out later, he quit 2weeks after he started there. so MR. SILVER TOUNGE ,HAIRED LOOK AT MY INFO TAPES TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CREDITORS I HOPE YOU ENJOY STEALING 500.00 BUCKS FROM A MAN WITH LIVER DISEASE AND WHOSE ONLY INCOME IS S.S.A. DISABILITY AND WHO ALSO HAS AN AUTISTIC SON, HOPE THAT GIFT TO YOURS THIS PAST XMAS WAS REAL SHINEY AND BRIGHT YOU SON OF A BISCUIT EATER

I filed for bankruptcy there. i am 20 yrs old and i had a judgment against me from an accident. when i went there i did not really know what to expect. they ended up saying yes i could file my total debt ended up being 25,000$. the lawyer i spoke with made me feel weird about the whole situation and confused me. he didnt give me a list of everything that was being filed into my debt, he did not explain the entire process. he jus said ok your debt is 25,000$ and you have to pay 1500$ to file. i figured ok what the heck. i paid 100 that day and i came back to make a 300$ payment the next week. after that i would call to drop off payments. wen i would go in there the lawyers would sit in their office and i would wait..i waited so many times and i had the money to pay. but i also had a job and a life i could not afford to sit in there for OVER 45 min to wait just to make a payment. so i would leave so i wouldnt be late for work. then they would call and call and call. and i would still come in but could not wait, and the lawyers would just ignore me. so eventually i said you know what i dont want to file through these people, who are clearly unprofessional and treat you like crap because you are filing in the first place. i called said cancel and i want my money back. the guy said ok you paid 400$ total, it will be in the mail in the next 7 days..i never got the refund, so i called back they said oh no we wont pay that. we did more than 400$ in services for you and they put me on hold more than 5 times for longer than 10 min each time. finally i hung up and called back and they made up all these things that they had supposedly done for me. and the lady was extremley rude she laughed at me. she cut me off evrythime i would try to speak. she raised her voice. they are just a bunch of lawyers straight out of law school and they have no idea what they are doing threre. they have a horrible way of conducting buisness and they really just want your money. i strongly suggest you dont use them. there are plent of bankruptcy lawyers that are much better have time for you and are polite and creditable. so dont your peter francis geraci just because he is the only anooying commercial that keeps coming on for bankruptcy. they also think they are the best just becaus ethey have commercials. and make sure in your consultation you know alllll the details because they know more than you do and they will try to scam you.
