Petsupppyexpress Did Not Deliver Internet
I ordered Frontline online from PetSupplyExpess in July. The fronline was not delivered within the specified delivery time, so I sent an email to notify them that my order had not arrived. The company emailed me back and said that customs were running behind on deliveries coming into the United States.
Sill no frontline, so I emailed PetSupplyExpress again on October 1, 2007. To date, I have not received a response. On their website, they claim that they answer all emails within 24 hours, which is certainly not true. There is no telehone number listed on the website to call either.
