Pharmaceutical Wealth Network, World Wide RX, ripoff, false promises, fraud Pahrump, Nevada And Phoenix, Arizona Internet, International
A few months ago I received a telephone solicitation from Anthony Garcia representing personalinternetpharmacy.com, who successfully talked me into buying their online pharmacy business offer. A few days later, Lisa Bennett representing Premier Marketing Group (aka) PMG called me to sell me web advertising.
To date, I've paid Pharmaceutical Wealth Network,Inc, (aka)PWN- $398.00 on 5-6-05, for the website: (www.personalinternetpharmacy.com/4828); & $500.00, on 6-6-05 to PMG, for web advertising; who is a direct partner of PWN in Arizona.
For the $500.00 I was to receive 8000 pop-under ads. So far there have been absolutely zero sales derived from the advertising. I've purposely not attempted any other form of advertising just to see if these guys (PWN & PMG) are legitimate.
It has been impossible to reach these companies, their customer service is non-exsistant. I feel that I have been completely ripped-off. I've sent a complaint to
after I did an online search about their company and found that they (World Wide Rx, INC.) has already been sued by the FTC in 2000. I would like to join a class action law suit to retrive my money, if one is filed. Please contact me if so. Donna

Everyone who was ripped off by this online pharmacy scheme should contact the District Attorneys office in Arizona to state you case. Their address is 1275 W. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ 85007 tel. 602-542-4911 Pharmaeutical Wealth Network re: (CIC 07-06936) is currently being sued by the State of Arizona. Several people made up the false business scheme, Brent Emerson, Anthony White, Tiffany O'Donnell, and Gary Murdie State v Emerson, Brent et. al Cause: # CR2008-007443 Charges: Cts 1&5: Fraudulent Schemes& Artifices Cts 2&6:Theft Cts 3&7:Money Laundering Cts 4&8:Illegally Conducting an Enterprise Ct 9:Aggravated Taking Identity of Another Person I've already requested the full amount these people stole from me. Today 9-5-05 I called the Pharmaceutical Wealth Network telephone #(866-562-4021) and reached a company calling itself National Pharmacy Network instead; which is using the same telephone number as PWN. They have apparently changed their business name again.
