Complaint Review: Philadelphia Police Department - Philadelphia Pennsylvania

To follow is definitive proof that Philadelphia does not have a police force, it has a gang of coward felons who masquerade as such. 

I remember how frustrated and helpless I felt after police officers in Philadelphia's 24th police district robbed and assaulted me, then falsely arrested me to cover it up. In retaliation for previous complaints about being robbed by them, these dirty cop thugs tried to frame me for a burglary perpetrated by a CONVICTED murderer, child rapist, and burglar. Their judge could not be corrupted and believed me over all of them, thusly acquitting me.

I have never been convicted of a misdemeanor nor felony, but these so-called law enforcement officers wanted me to go to prison for a violent crime committed by a CONVICTED murderer, just to settle their petty grudge! They would prefer that I, a law-abiding citizen, be locked up for 10 years whilst a guilty MURDERING RAPIST roams the streets.

One of the arresting cops even loudly boasted, within earshot of dozens of other cop thugs, that he had similarly victimized many other innocent people and held the record for citizen complaints. Not one cop would help me, although a few did chuckle. Under threat of arrest, I was forced to withdraw my internal affairs complaint about the offending cops.

Twelve cops from their 24th/25th district station have since been arrested, including Daniel Castro, the commanding officer of the cop thugs who victimized me. Their charges include (surprise!) robbery, false arrest, and assault. However, those 12 arrested cops are merely the scapegoats. Most criminal Philadelphia police officers are immune from being fired, much less prosecuted, according to a 2004 prosecutor conducted study.

Philadelphia police officers are bribe extorting, evidence planting, perjuring, assaulting, robbing, murdering criminals who masquerade as legitimate cops. That is according to many of the over 400 Philadelphia police officers who have been convicted of crimes just since 1980, such as Officers John Baird, Edward Spangler, Aleksandre Shwarz, Thomas DeGovanni, Steven Brown, James Ryan, Thomas Ryan, Louis Maier, Robert Snyder, Daniel Castro, Kenneth Crockett, and Mark Williams.

Nonetheless, the vast majority of Philly's criminal cops are immune from being fired, much less legitimately prosecuted - according to a 2004 independent prosecutor's study. Extrapolating from the aforementioned facts, the majority of Philadelphia police officers are criminals.

To watch actual videos of Philadelphia cops perpetrating violent felonies against innocent taxpayers who ironically pay them for PROTECTION, google Marcus Warryton, Agnes Lawless, Askia Sabur, Aida Guzman, or 2008 Philadelphia Police Beating. All of the perpetrating cops in those videotaped felonies were exonerated by Philadelphia's corrupt joke of a police department.

Of course, for every police crime captured on video, thousands of others are not so memorialized, resulting in myriad unpunished police crimes, including aggravated assaults, robberies, burglaries, framings, and even murders. There will never be any legitimate accountability in Philadelphia's corrupt farce of a police force, thanks in part to the crooked union that actually runs it.

Over a period of eight months or so, I posted several critical comments on the pages of the Philadelphia Police Department's Youtube videos. Within a few hours from when they deleted my hundreds of months-old posts, my car's tires were mysteriously slashed. After replacing my tires, one was again slashed a few hours later. The fact that these filthy cop thugs would slash anyone's tires under any circumstances screams volumes about the EXTREME contempt that they have for they laws that they are paid to uphold and the taxpayers who pay them to uphold them.

Within blocks from where Philadelphia police officers falsely arrested me, Officer Frank Tepper murdered young William Panas, Jr. in cold blood. Tepper is the recipient of at least 35 prior formal and informal citizen complaints, including three for attempted murder. All of the complaints were criminally covered up by other cops, until Tepper fatally shot the unarmed 21-year-old Panas in front of too many witnesses for police thugs to intimidate into silence. In 2012, Tepper was sentenced to life in prison for the murder.

Philadelphia cops are so low that they even framed a 10-year-old student, Jose Cuevas. The youngster was ultimately vindicated a few years later, but only because a school police officer, Jose Deleon, came forward to admit his participation in the framing. Naturally, the previously law-abiding youngster had already been turned into a criminal by that time. Naturally, no cops were arrested for this outrageous felony.
