"There should be an investigation that considers all of the facts, all of the witnesses, all of the testimony, and there should be a determination based on that information" This was NOT the case with my complaint to police. When I filed the complaint I asked that it remain within the 15th dist. That the supervisors handle this matter. This was not the case. The investigation was sent out to IAD and it took 15 months to just type up the final report. I took the advise of police Sgts to take pictures to prove how close this officer was to my house and me. How close danger was to me and my children. (note~ I was never alone in that area, always with a friend or my children of tender age) That was no more then a set up on a female that trusted police to be honest. That was not the case with the entire investigation. IAD policy is to use the lie detector test "box". My witnesses and myself were the Only Ones to agree to make use of the test. This officer had harassed many on his beat, including elderly males that were in poor health. He would arrest the males for talking to their friends, when they would not move off the corner "news stand" "coffee shop". All charges were dropped when the elderly males went into the dist. and the supervisors would review the charges. The officer would harass his own fellow beat officers, if he had to work the night shift or weekends. The officer would harass SEPTA police at the bus station, since he had no respect for police. A officer that was in Fear, that he needed a one sided order against me? And had to have his police buddies walk him into a courtroom? Had to lie to me on the time of the hearing so the Judge would not see who the real victim of abuse was? A officer that hide when his fellow officers were responding to calls of "person with a gun"? He only surfaced when there was a arrest and took credit for the arrest. This officer was only removed from his beat, after I was in the auto accident with a major spine injury. I was no fun anymore, in a hospital bed, so he moved on! He was the one that stalked me in my place of employment with a throw away gun in his pant leg (2-97)! To date (10-2002) the harassment against my daughter is due to this officer and his female witness. I request a Protective Order from the courts. I understand drug police were just following orders and a tip of falsehoods against my daughter by the police witness. Why there was no search warant when there was clearly no drugs in the auto. She is a victim of revenge of the officer and his witness. Just like I was, no warrant when IAD entered my employment for my timecard!

Here is the reason I posted the entire posts to RipOffReport... I took the advise of the Phila Police dept in a statement released to NBC10.com Phila TV. And when I do so I'm getting threatened with FOP lawyers?? What I don't have any rights? Just because I'm a female housewife and former Burger King worker. A non drug user, honest, married female with a Major Spine Injury? That sounds like my civil rights have been violated?? But if you are a Nude dancer and on drugs then Police believe you? Is there a lawyer or someone that can posts laws to this question? I feel these two officer have not committed a crime of rape! And I support them and their fight for truth, justice and fair trial! I hope some major news networks and Law makers take a look at my case! I was just taking the advise of the Philadelphia Police Dept! POSTED: 12:38 p.m. EST March 5, 2003 UPDATED: 12:18 p.m. EST March 6, 2003 PHILADELPHIA -- Another Philadelphia police officer has been accused of an alleged rape. Third Officer Accused Of Rape Police told NBC 10 News that the victim was a civilian, not another police officer, and the alleged attacker was one of their own. The 15th District officer is accused of a rape that allegedly happened in September after the officer got off duty. The accused officer has been taken off the streets because authorities want to continue their investigation into the allegations of sexual assault. "We are showing the public that we are not afraid to clean our own house, and if we have an officer not abiding by the law, that is breaking the law, we are the first ones to step up to the plate and say that we will do what has to be done," Philadelphia Police Department Inspector William Colarulo. The latest officer to be accused works in the same district and on the same midnight to 8 a.m. shift as former officers James Fallon Jr., and Timothy Carre. Carre and Fallon are currently awaiting trial for the alleged rape of an exotic dancer on Dec. 11. Now sources have told NBC 10 News that two more women say that Fallon and Carre offered to overlook their arrests, in exchange for sex. Police, however, maintain that the cases are not related. "Now, do I have to doubt what's going to happen every time (I) see a police officer? I can't believe it," said Nicole O'Brien of northeast Philadelphia. Sources tell NBC 10 News that every report of a traffic stop, everything in the three officers' history is being reviewed. Meanwhile, police say Internal Affairs will interview every officer in the 15th District as a result of the allegations. Female officers will be interviewed first. "If there is some type of a pattern, or some type of a tendency for this abuse against women, then the Internal Affairs division felt that we would like to interview female officers first to get any information that they may have recording what is going on," Colarulo said. Colarulo said that if anyone in the public has information about the conduct of police officers on the job, they want to know about it right away. At this time, the officer's name is not being revealed because there are no charges

this the the order I need! This would be a stop to harassment like the post below from a Phila Police Brass. Protective Order under 18 P.S. 4954 that the defendant refrain from contacting or intimidating the mentioned person(s) either personally or by family or friends, and that the defendant have no communication whatsoever with the witnesses except through an attorney. Violation of this Order carried the following penalties under 18 P.S. 5944 1. You may be arrested for intimidation against a witness, a felony charge. 2. You may be held in contempt by the court. 3. These penalties may be imposed whether the violation compalined of has been committed by def. personally or you caused or encouraged the violation to be committed. Originally posted by PPDfriend: Anyway if you don't own anything then you can't be sued. You are confused...again. Most lawyers won't bother suing you if you don't own anything. But someone who is being defamed is suing to shut you up and/or make you pay. Money is NOT the only motivation. You CAN also be sued for future earnings (just ask OJ Simpson if this is true). That computer you are typing on could also be seized if you lose. You are just as liable for your posts on that other site as you are here. The same laws apply. If I were one of the cops being defamed by your rambling rants on that other site, I would be down at the FOP talking to a lawyer NOW. I don't care how long you have been on police message board for. Your posts lately CLEARLY show that you are no friend of the police. As site owner says, this is a pro-police site. Most of your your posts lately have been anti-police. Your link to that other site is just proof of that. You might want to think about why you are even here any more. If you are anti-cop, go away. If you are pro-cop, stop being so negative about the police all the time.
