I received notification in the mail about being a cash prize winner from PIB-Prize Information Bureau. The cash prize was in the of $3,275.064.00. The notification seemed so real as to how it was worded. I've been in a financial hardship status for quite some time now. I've had a hard time financially almost the whole year of 2008'. So, when I opened the letter after removing it from my mailbox, I felt a slight relief emotionally of financial freedom. The relief I felt was a feeling of being blessed with these finances and coming out of the financial hardship I've been enduring.

After reading the notification and getting to the bottom of the letter where it tells you to sign your name on the affadavit along with sending a Document Release Fee in the amount of $20.00 I was puzzled. So I took the initiative to go onto the website to search to see if I could locate anything information about the company to see if this was indeed real. I actually followed my thoughts. I'm so glad that I decided to do a search on the company. I was actually considering on making the sacrifice to send the money (the $20.00).

I found out after connecting with the RippOff Report Website that the (Prize Information Bureau) was a company that has been beating consumers out of their money (for a few years) with the letters of (False Advertisement) of cash winnings. I feel violated by this company. It's wrong of this company to build up a consumers hope of being a winner of this amount of money when indeed their not. I pray that this report will get out to others that have received these letters so they won't be fooled to send out their hard earned money for something that's not real.

Due to the economy being the way it is at this time, we as consumers can not afford to sacrifice sending money that we don't really have while not having a job (being laid off) to gain nothing and have our hopes crushed. To all consumers that read this report, should you receive anything or letters in the mail stating you've won a cash prize or any other prizes for this reason, please research that information on the website, etc. to the best of your ability before falling for fasle advertisement and sending your money (for processing fees or any other fees).
