Pilot Corporation, Bloomsbury, New Jersey hired Joey Luis Rojas, a convicted felon, in September 2001. Please review Mr. Rojas' criminal record here ==> http://www.dc.state.fl.us/InmateReleases/detail.asp?Bookmark=2&From=list&SessionID=445208315

On September 15, 2001, Joey Luis Rojas charged hundreds of dollars of customers transactions to my MasterCard while on duty at the station and pocketed the cash. On October 10, 2001, Joey Luis Rojas, charged around 100 dollars of customer's transactions to my Visa account while on duty at Pilot Corporation.

On October 23, 2001, I reported these transactions to Pilot Corporation and asked about how they handle these issues. I was informed by the assistant manager that this is considered as theft against Pilot Corporation and that Pilot Corporation files criminal complaints against the employee in these cases. I requested that they file the criminal complaints against their employee, Joey Luis Rojas, for theft in these two incidents.

Additionally, I requested that Joey Luis Rojas' payroll be withheld until the situation was formally resolved. The assistant manager agreed to do so and indicated that it was company policy to hold the checks when theft charges were addressed.

I returned to the station that week and I spoke with the manager of the station, Khuram Altaf regarding these incidents and demanded action and justice. He agreed to do so. I requested, from Mr. Khuram Altaf, copies of all receipts in question because they would have identification pertaining to which employee ran the transaction. Also, I needed the receipts in question for civil complaint. Mr. Khuram Altaf took my credit card statements and indicated that he would pull the receipts.

To date, I have been unable to obtain the receipts, a refund from Pilot Corporation, or the implementation of their policy for handling these incidents. Pilot Corporation allowed the payroll checks to be disbursed despite the fraud complaint against Joey Luis Rojas, also a direct violation of their company policy.

I have since learned thru succeeding management chain, that Mr. Khuram Altaf was an illegal alien from Pakistan. Since his deportation in the latter part of 2001, my receipts, credit card statements have been unable to be located and I have never received any refund on the stolen funds.
