Pinnacle Atlantic Mike Gerber and Paul J. Geraci Ordered 20 American tenth oz. eagles and was sent 20 tenth oz. Australian pieces Boca Raton Internet Florida
On 6/30/16 I ordered 20 tenth oz. American Gold eagles. I was sent 20 tenth oz. Australian coins.
I notified Mike Gerber of this and he said he would send me $200. to make up for the error. This he never did. Per another coin dealer I actually lost $400. on this deal.
I tried calling him back but never was able to reach him but I talked to Paul Geraci, the Compliance Officer and told him of the problem. He said he could do nothing for me. I then told him I would file a complaint. He then said he'd like to talk to Mike and verify what I told him and he'd get back to me. It's been over a week and he's never called me back.
This Paul guy even lied to me saying tht the Australian coins were worth more than the American gold eagle coins.
This is a real shady company and I would advise no one to do any business with them.

When Mr.Svelund called in to complain 2 weeks after he recieved his order,stating that his local coin dealer said he paid to much.2-3 calls traded back and forth we ended up with PLEASE get a writen up quote from your local coinn dealer proving he can beat the price on the coins and our company will make up the difference.Pinnacle cant just give back money cause every one says they can get it cheaper we would be out of buisness...Mr.Sveland conversation with Mr.Garber was all I am interested in is 1/4 oz coins I do not care the brand or type...Mr.Sveland can not get these coins anywhere cheaper so the only thing he can do is make a report cause he can not produce the quote from his alleged coin dealer.But in order to close this case Pinnacle will be willing to buy the coins back at the price he paid....Pinnacle has been selling coins and has never been accused of something like this Nor is it true cause Mr Sveland las vegas says so.Please mail in your 20 1/4 oz coins Pinnacle will refund your money and we will conclude our buisness Norman...
