Pinnacle Executive Group ripoff scam con artists Iselin New Jersey
I am currently using PEG and feel I have not been given the product I signed on for. I came to Pinnacle because I had been unemployeed for 5 months and after contacting most agencies in the NY Metro area (some where I have personal friends), looking for full or consulting work, I found there were no jobs at this time. I had been working as a middle manager in the back office of the broakerage business. I had spoken with Mr. Richard Toomey, who stated that Pinnacle was not an employement agency but used past graduates to get your feet in the door. He also stated I should look for a field other that brakerage. I explained to Mr. Toomey that I was running out of money and needed some type of employment (full or consulting) at my salary rage of $75,000 per year or $40.00 hour.
If I didn't have a job in the next few months, I was going to have to sell my house and move to FL with my retired parents. Mr. Toomey stated $75,000 would not hard to find and in fact I should be able to get $85,000 with a signing bonus of $8,500. Also he said a consulting job at $60 hour would be very easy to do. Its now 3 months later, my house is up for sale, my counsler is very good but can't deliver on the promises that were made to me. I have done all they have asked and more. I paid over $4,500 which I shouldn't have, maybe this will help you if are offered hope without substance.

On September 30th, 2003, I took Pinnacle Executive Group to Small Claims Court in Middlesex County, New Jersey and won a judgement against them. They have up and left their offices in Woodbridge and left very little by way of a paper trail. To pursue this further I need more info on who the owners in Staten Island actually were and who the parent or group of companies involved in this were. If anyone has additional info, please respond to this notice. Appreciate it greatly. Thank you.

I believe that this company, in one form or another ceased to exist on or about August 7th, 2003. Contingency plans to honor contracts that had a three year committment were never put in place. Any clients of this firm, should file their comments with this site and also the New Jersey Attorney Generals office.
