I am surprised that this store has not had a change of employees or been closed down, on several occasions family members and myself have been unable to get service from this store. Being the only Pizza place in town and it is a small town you would think that the manager would want to be fully stocked in product and want his employees to assist everyone equally since everyone knows everyone in a small town where this Pizza Hut is located.

Many times have I tried to place a delivery order and have been told that they are out of pizza, and then had my wife call back immediately and she has been told that there computer system is down and cannot sell anything, this is all bullsh*t.

My family members have also run into this situation at this store and have been fed the same line over and over. When they do actually have some pizza to deliver, you have to wait over an hour for your food and when they do deliver it to you, the order is freakin wrong, at this point I had already paid the driver cash and was already gone, now what I did was call the store and let them know my order was wrong so the girl on the phone told me they could get me my correct order but would take another hour for me to get and this is already after waiting one hour for the first wrong order.

I asked to speak with the manager and the manager said they could have the correct order for me in 45 minutes, which is still not very good considering I'm already pissed for the screw up, so I asked for a refund and I asked the manager if she could have the driver just bring back my money. The manager said if I wanted a refund I would have to go up to the store and pick it up, did I mention it's like 9:30pm and I'm in my lounge wear after getting home from a long day at work, who wants to deal with this crap after a long day.

Also when I have called to place in order they answer by saying "Thank you for calling Pizza Hut how can i help you?"so any person after that line would give their order and after finishing up placing your order, I get the response that they can't make any sales because there system is down, does nobody make paper reciepts anymore. And to test that issue my wife and kiddo went down to the store to dine-in, well we saw plenty of people coming in and eating food. We sat ourselves and waited 45 minutes and still did not get any service even though the couple next to us came in after us and were served right away, not only was I pissed because we were not attend I was fuming that they lied to me over the phone and just didn't want to do their job.

I called the Pizza Hut complaint line and thats not even any better than the store, so after about 15 minutes of waiting for a representative I finally got to tell my story and the rep told me that my information would be passed on and I would be recieving a call back, guess what, no call. To top it off the representative on the phone offered to mail me coupons for my trouble, what the hell are coupons going to do for me when the issue lies within the store.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to or ordered from, there are no other choices in town when it comes to pizza restaurants. Corporate really needs to take a look at this store and see how much money they are losing with this store due to poor management. Having no competition in a small town is no reason to run a store like this.

I read the tirade by Superior regarding underpaid drivers and the stupid public. I think the original complaint was about being told pizza was unavaliable when it fact it was, and about the wrong order being sent out. No one accused the drivers of being reponsible for either. And lets us take as hard cold fact the people of that town are dolts, fools, and idiots. OK. Does Pizza Hut have a policy that if you have a high enough IQ we will treat you decently and get the proper order out in a timely manner, and if you aren't one of the blessed, we are allowed to treat you in a shabby manner? And an observation of mine in life is that a business that treats the hired help poorly often does the same to the customer.

I happen to know for a fact that this Pizza Hut is the worst Pizza Hut in the United States. Sorry I don't have any fancy big words, like our well educated that use to work at Pizza Hut (haha) does. There is only one person at that store that is worthy of being involved in customer service the rest should just go on and pursue something different. I like how the ex-employee made fun of everyone in that town and how she thinks she is better than everyone for using big words. That just proves how her service would have been there if you were to go in and eat. For some reason I think I know who this person is and if thats the case "S.W." well yah she is one reason on why to file a report on this store. I have not eaten at this store over a period of time, but for all the times that I did take my business there I was always wondering if things would change on how they did their business.

#7UPDATE EX-employee responds

Anyone who thinks it's safe to screw with the people who handle your food has got to be a moron. But then, natural selection is failing, so I suppose this is the best way to combat that. If you can afford the pizza, you can afford the tip. If you are rude to the driver because your order was wrong/not to your liking/you didn't like the price/delivery time was too high, you're an idiot. 99% of the time it is not the driver's fault. Usually there is only one driver because the turnover ratios are abysmal at these restaurants, since they only pay minimum wage or less, and customers are generally ignorant and belligerent. If you are too lazy to get off your fat a*s and come fetch, then you have absolutely no reason to complain about delivery. And remember, that driver is alone with your food for about ten minutes. Seriously. A full night on the toilet should teach you the first time. But people in Monahans are mostly retards, so they'll never figure this out. The driver has a dangerous job. Delivery driving is ranked in the top three of most dangerous jobs in the U.S. preceded only by taxi driver and police officer. Drivers ARE NOT COMPENSATED FOR GAS. That delivery charge goes to the STORE to offset the cost of food. Fuel costs and maintenance fall on the driver alone. Drivers are paid less than $6 an hour. The store assumes the customer will tip, but in plebeian Monahans where everyone is tacky and rude and etiquette is a thing of myth, this does not happen. Anyone who complains about the service at Pizza Hut should be obligated to actually *work* there for a week and see what goes on behind the counter on a daily basis before their complaint is ever even acknowledged. Most of what goes on in the store is what the customer doesn't see. Customers are completely unaware of the procedure for business in these stores, and they assume that if they can't get what they want, it has to be a rip-off. Customers just want immediate results. They do not think things through, and are generally irrational when it comes to reasoning through a problem. The company does not care for the employee. There was a dangerous gas leak on the oven for over a week, and even though policy dictates that the store be shut down until it is safe again to work, the store was not shut down and every employee was put in danger. Workforce regulations have been violated on numerous occasions because upper management cares more about profit than morale or employee safety. Add to that the abysmal pay and the stupid cows that give the employees crap over things out of their control, and naturally they will not have any desire to go that extra mile. Just sayin'. I apologize if my superior diction and eloquence is over anyone's head. I happen to be educated.
