Saw this and had to respond. I don't know the original reporter. But I want to add that I too was ripped off by Otto Rafael Penarredonda though his previous company Allegre Foods. Do your research on him. Don't give money to him. If you want to take the risk protect yourself in everyway possible, talk to an attorney use an escrow company before giving him money. The contract is just a piece of paper, think about how you would get your money back if he dissapears or his company goes backrupt. Many people have lost money with him, he cannot deliver on what he says. His word is not good. I feel bad for the original poster. Don't get scammed stay away from Otto.
