WOW...It has been days and the website remains screwed up and NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING TO HELP....WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH PLANET FITNESS? YOU CAN CERTAINLY TAKE MY MONEY BUT CAN'T HAVE A DECENT WEBSITE TO PAY BILLS, I CANT EVEN SIGN INTO MY d**n ACCOUNT...THE LOCAL GYM ON LANCASTER THAT I WORK OUT AT DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO DO ANYTHING ON THE WEBSITE AND WHY SHOULD THEY? WHERE ARE THE CORPORATE WEB TECH PEOPLE? ONE OF THE MOST POORLY RUN ORGANIZATIONS IN AMERICA...NO TECH SUPPORT...NO BILLING SUPPORT...NO ANSWERS...
I THINK WE SHOULD START A CAMPAIGN TO SHUT YOU DOWN...YOU DO NOT ADHERE TO THE LUNK ALARM POLICY...LANCASTER LOCATION IS NASTY AND THE PEOPLE THERE ARE CLUELESS....WOW...MAYBE REORGANIZATION WOULD BE HELPFUL...MAYBE SELLING A FRANCHISE WITH SUPPORT WOULD BE HELPFUL...MAYBE SOME d**n KNOWLEDGE WOULD BE HELPFUL VS JUST TAKING OWNERS MONEY AND LEAVING THEM HANGING IN THE WIND....I VOW TO CAMPAIGN AGAINST PLANET FITNESS UNTIL YOU CHANGE YOUR POLICIES..WORST RUN CORPORATION IN AMERICA TODAY...NO DOUBT...LET SEE HOW MANY WE CAN CLOSE DOWN!
