Planet Fitness Misinformed manager on power trip Pueblo Colorado
Planet fitness offers UNLIMITED MASSAGE CHAIR USE to black card members if they pay double the monthly fee. As someone with back injuries, this is an awesome advantage I happily pay for! After an unfortunate run-in with a lord of the rings dwarf cosplayer at this one location, after years of no problems all over the country and a solid month at this location, this individual club has changed the definition of Unlimited to mean "15 minutes or only 3 tokens.” I personally think perhaps the confusion could be coming from a lack of education/vocabulary of the aforementioned individual, but somehow this is the new policy they recently adopted in a group meeting? I demand answers, and a dictionary for the club.
