platepass llc hertz rental biggest scam artists ever scottsdale Arizona
my husband incurred charges in the amount of $429.90 on his charge card for tolls that are not valid. he had the car from 9/22/14 thru 9/30/14. car was returned 10/1/14 to local hertz in west babylon ny. i find it very amusing that they also have toll charges for 10/1/14 also. they claim the car was driven on several ny bridges, back and forth to new jersey. car wasnt in the vicinity of these areas.
this car was driven a total of 318 miles back and forth to freeport,ny. if they had brains, which obviously they don't, someone can and should add up the total mileage that they claim the car went to. if someone does this, they will see that this car would have exceeded the mileage of 318 miles.
i have been in contact with them on several occassions. they give you the run around. they request certain papers from the credit card company. they want them scanned over to them so they can review for the hundreth time prominsing to issue a credit. they are full of it..... i am reporting them to the nys attorney generals office, to my local tv channel, and next my attorney. hertz will also be included in this.
do not ever use hertz......buyer beware
